How do I open an account?
It is simple. Bring your gently used, name brand clothing, furniture or décor to the store during our operating hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Fill out a simple one-page form and your account will be opened.

How much will I make when my item sells?
An item will be priced according to demand and brand. We make every effort to price items fairly for the consignor and the customer. We are in business to sell things! Pricing is subjective, and we price based on original retail value as well as popularity with customers.

Clothing/Accessories:  Consignors who donate their non-accepted and unsold items to charities receive 50% of each item’s inventoried price.  Consignors who pick up their non-accepted and unsold items received 40% of each item’s inventoried price.

Furniture/Home Décor:  If an item is priced less than $300, the consignor receives 50% of the inventoried price.  If an item is priced at $300 or above, the consignor receives 60% of the inventoried price.

How do I get paid?
If you have $25 or more in your account, a check will be available on or after the 15th of each month. If your account has under $25, it carries over to the next month.  You may use the money in your account at any time to purchase items in the store.  All money in your account may be picked up after the end of the consignment period.

You did not accept the items I brought to consign. “Why?”
We base our selections on what customers are purchasing. In addition, the two most common reasons for non-acceptance of items are blemishes and style (more than two years old).  We examine more than a thousand items weekly and have limited space; therefore, we must rely on our experience to determine our selections. Please do not be offended if your items are not accepted. 

Are there certain things you do not accept?
We do not take wedding dresses, electronics, kitchen appliances, children’s clothes, men’s suits or sport coats.

How long will you keep my things?
The consignment period is 60 days for clothing and accessories; 90 days for furniture and home décor.

Do you support any charities?

Yes! We fully believe in giving back to the community through various charities. Although we mainly support three charities – Family Abuse Center, Caritas and Highland Baptist Church Care Center, we periodically give to others.
